Feel Empowered

Is you life as abundant in all areas as you would like? If so, congratulations, because you are responsible for your achievements. By the same token, if you feel lacking in some area, you are also responsible. The good news about both of these states is the common denominator - YOU.
I hope this makes you feel empowered.

You see, if everything that happens to us is simply by luck or chance, then nothing we do or don't do can change our situation. The truth is that our decisions and the actions we take based on those decisions can cause lots of things to happen. Doesn't this feel good? It means I'm in charge of my results.

Even though the world is full of abundance and we all deserve to achieve any goal we set, we must make decisions, take action, and believe. Just deciding won't make it happen. And just believing won't make it happen. Neither will taking action without belief make it happen. All three parts must be in place for abundance to come into your life.

In my business, I talk to people everyday who would like for their lives to be more abundant. I help them explore the areas they're happy with and the areas they would like to change. We talk about the very real, very lucrative business opportunity I have and the fact that anyone with desire and a willingness to be coached can succeed with us. The people who are serious about creating and allowing abundance in their lives take advantage of it. The ones who are not serious continue to live unsatisying lives simply because they won't make a desision, take action, and have faith.

Aren't you glad you can feel empowered to make your life as abundant as you want it to be? I stand ready to help you explore your options and make an informed decision that can improve your situation in a dramatic fashion. The first decision I invite you to make is to contact me. You have the power right now, today, to start a new chapter.

The Mindset of Abundance

The more I study personal development, the more convinced I am that abundance is simply a mindset. I visited a couple of the name-brand bookstores looking for a book, The Richest Man in Babylon, by George S. Clason. It's a classic and I'm reading it as part of a class assignment for a book club I belong to. Every time I visit the self-help section of the bookstore, I am totally amazed at the numbers of books by various authors with the intent of convincing us that the secret to our success lies within us.

So what is it about abundance that makes so many people think of it as unattainable for them personally? The personal development books focus on how we think. The Law of Attraction instructs us to decide what we want and then focus on those thoughts. We are to visualize attaining those objectives and actually experiencee the feelings that are evoked as a result. The idea here is that we get what we give our focus and attention to, whether it is something we want, like abundance, or something we don't want, like poverty.

The Richest Man in Babylon offers age-old practical advice for steadily growing wealthy by working hard, paying yourself first, making wise investments, avoiding or paying off debts, and consistently living on 70% of your income. Most of us have heard this advice before but few people actually discipline themselves to live this way. This book also advises us that to become wealthy, we must decide to live as free people and not as slaves.

My premise is that we were all created with the birthright of abundance. Everyone has an opportunity to achieve far more financially and personally than they dare dream. My goal is to help as many people as possible to believe this and to make it happen. If you are looking to change your mindset and lifestyle to one of abundance, contact me today.

An Outrageous Goal

Do you have an outrageous goal in mind? What makes it outrageous? Do you believe it is possible for you to achieve?

Any goal worth having needs to be scary. I have become really intense about goal setting recently and many of my goals could be considered unreasonable. Consistently earning $28,000 per month, which equates to a tithe of $2800 per month, is one of my financial goals. On the surface, it may seem impossible. However, I have this goal broken down into some smaller, meaurable goals. I have no doubt I am in the process of achieving this goal.

Goal setting and achievement is the beginning of big stuff in your life. You are capable of so much more than you may have allowed yourself to believe. Set an outrageous goal and watch the abundance manifest in your life.

Bearing an Abundance of Fruit

Today was Laity Sunday at our church and the message we heard from one of our lay members was truly inspiring. Emily based her message on the scripture from John 15 about Jesus being the vine and our being the branches. The goal is for us to produce an abundance of fruit by remaining in right relationship with our creator and allowing Him to prune us as needed. The idea here is that we were all created with the ability to bear an abundance of fruit.

Many people live their lives cut off from God and their fellow-man, feeling that they alone are responsible for their achievements. Our creator promises to stay with us every step of the way, as long as we acknowledge our dependence on Him. So you see, the idea is not to see how many hours per day we can work. The idea is to allow our relationships to increase the fruit in our lives.

What is the fruit we are talking about here? In Galatians we read that spiritual fruits are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Think how much better the world becomes when there is an abundance of these characteristics in people. Financial abundance fits nicely with this picture as well since it leads to our having peace and the ability to share so much with everyone we meet.

I am truly grateful for the abundance of fruit in my life and the lives of others. With this abundance comes the responsibility of sharing the fruit as well as my relationship with the vine. You were designed to produce an abundance of fruit in your life. If you are seeking to be more fruitful in any area, call me. I'd love to hear what you are experiencing and share my experiences as well.
